When I started this blog, I really wrote it with no plans to monetize it or turn it into anything more than a site where Canadians could come to learn about how to earn and use their points.
My mantra was to write a blog with quality content and the rest would figure itself out.
Knowing that a Canadian family was sipping champagne at 30,000 feet for virtually nothing, on their way to a dream vacation, really drove me to share my knowledge with the community.
Recently, I have been recognized by Hainan Airlines on my post about how to redeem Alaska Miles on Hainan and I am tickled pink about it!
I hear from readers all the time about how much the blog has helped them but to have an airline recognize your reviews as valuable really puts a smile on my face.
